Mind is the Matrix of all Matter

What we do?
Surrounding all living things with a natural electromagnetic field of approximately 7.83 HZ called the Schumann Resonance.
This pulsation magnetic field is what protects us. Every living being, all plants, animals, and humans are exposed to it and need it to keep functioning.
By understanding the principles of Energy and quantum physics you can affect your life dramatically.
Quantum physicists are changing our view of life.
One of the most exciting discoveries of quantum physics is the realization that our thoughts are energy, which affect the world
around us.
In the quantum realm, far smaller than protons and neutrons, quantum scientists have conducted numerous experiments with the smallest known particles.
In these quantum physics studies, it was discovered that the thoughts and expectations of the experimenter were actually causing the experiment's outcome!
For instance, if the experimenter thought the particle would spin a certain way, it would!
Scientists witnessed that a person's thoughts were actually causing the reaction of matter--at the quantum level.
We need to practice to quiet focus the mind in
order to cultivate a personal capacity or for deep
concentration and insight.
Now as we starting to be more aware and backed by sientific studies we have to practice our emotional thought process.
Examples of this practice include not only sitting in silence and create an intention, but also many forms of single-minded concentration including meditation, hypnosis, contemplative prayer, mindful walking, focused experiences in nature, exercises and other physical or artistic practices.
We also consider various kinds of ongoing pratices to create sacred space and increase insight and awareness.
This practice has the potential to bring different aspects of one’s self into focus, to help develop self esteem, personal goodness and compassion, and to awaken an awareness
of the interconnectedness of all life with our attention.
We have helped people develop greater empathy and communication skills, improve focus and concentration, reduce stress, and enhance creativity.
Over time, these practices cultivate insight, inspiration, and a loving and compassionate approach to life. They are practical, radical, and transformative.
The concept of Hop on Life practice is as old as the world's religions. Every major religious tradition includes forms of contemplative practice, such as prayer, meditation, hypnosis and silent time in nature, or simply focus on one life aspect.
Many practices remain rooted in their religions, and others have grown in secular settings.
Some people find that movement practices, like joga or tai chi, work best for them. Others find nourishment in still and silent practices, like mindfullness meditation or self hypnosis.
Some people find that practices rooted in a religious tradition, like lectio divina from Christianity or Shabbat observance from Judaism, speak to their soul. Others take heart in simple rituals like taking a soothing bath or a morning walk in nature. Not all practices are done in solitude – groups and communities can engage in practices that support reflection in a group process.
We encourage you to discover for yourself how contemplative practice, in whatever form is best for you, can sustain your life and work.
